Your identity data (name, surname) and contact data (e-mail address and telephone number) that you have shared with Düş Yeri Bilişim Teknoloji ve Animasyon A.Ş. ("Düşyeri") will, in the event that you give approval for the sending of commercial electronic messages, be processed for the purpose of sending you electronic messages containing campaigns, advertisements, promotions and marketing through the communication channels you have approved, such as SMS, telephone calls and e-mail.
In this context, your personal data may be used for the purpose of conducting activities such as carrying out studies aimed at user and customer satisfaction, performing marketing and analysis activities, planning advertising and promotion processes, offering special opportunities to users and improving the service experience.
Such data of yours will be processed pursuant to Article 6 of Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, based on your approval for the sending of commercial electronic messages and, limited to this activity, based on the legal ground of explicit consent within the scope of the first paragraph of Article 5 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK").
Düşyeri may share your personal data, where necessary for the fulfilment of the stated purposes, on a limited basis with business partners, service providers, suppliers, group companies and authorised public institutions and organisations.
You may change or withdraw your preferences regarding the sending of commercial electronic messages at any time from My Account > Communication Preferences or via the Message Management System (İYS).
